As Starboard Yacht Group shifted its primary services from yacht maintenance to yacht advancements, its marketing needed to follow. Previously, Starboard's content focused on the complex technical aspects of its service. Starboard's new messaging would be anchored in its impact. 


Extensive interviews with consumers and employees revealed insights and differentiators that words had never before captured. Starboard's brand manifesto was born out of a yacht owner's passion—a yacht craftsman's code of honor—and the understanding that life is already exceptional for yachters; Starboard makes their experiences extraordinary.


The manifesto laid the groundwork for a wealth of new marketing collateral and a flood of new customers.
