IT TAKES TALENT TO FIND TALENT.

​The diversity-driven staffing firm has connected companies with creative, marketing, and digital experts for over a decade. The challenge is roughly twenty-five thousand competitors do the same. Rival brands not only compete for clients but also vie for top talent and skilled recruiters. In response to the growing competition and shifting talent market, I helped Onward Search evolve its talent categories, service offerings, and branding. Now, the firm empowers companies to hire AI specialists, digital accessibility experts, senior-level marketers and more—all while elevating client recruitment processes.

To drive awareness and push audiences through the marketing funnel, I personally led the creation of myriad creative ad campaigns, content resources, and brand assets. From prospective job seekers to hiring managers, TikTok to LinkedIn, and brand recognition to lead generation—every project was different. Yet, one key insight never changed: in the creative world, creative words matter. The results: 100K+ new LinkedIn followers, 3M+ TikTok impressions, $5M+ worth of leads, and major new clients.
